JFR-52: Win32: Include bootstrapped sources in distribution (maybe optionally)
A native win32 build will be possible based on:
- STR-616: Disable xtc registration
- STR-571: Deploy stratego-libraries
- STR-613: Stratego library: Allow creation of library for specific standard (C99, POSIX, POSIX XSI)
If java-front includes bootstrapped sources, then it can be compiled in a strict ANSI C environment, using the new a C99 stratego-library.
