Initiative / Quickness
I find the combat very easy, a good improvement could be the Initiative roll at the beginning of a turn, in that way i will not always be the first to hit and a 2vs1 fight will be more dangerous. You can easily give a fixed amount of quickness to characters and mobs(monsters), determining who’s first attacking by rolling a random dice + quickness, higher value begin first
