Since the buttons are rounded, there are a few pixels in their corners that show the background. Unfortunately, when you tap on those pixels, you end up clicking the background, which usually causes your character to move there. This can be very annoying, and can even result in accidental deaths if you do this during combat. Could you make the tap targets for the buttons rectangular, without gaps? You can keep the graphics as they are, just make it so that when those corner areas are tapped it acts as if you tapped the button.

I wonder if the touch input rectangles still have space between their borders maybe? It might be a good idea to see if you can get them flush so that there is no empty space between them. Though I will admit it’s probably a low priority thing, even when it does cause an issue it’s a small one.
