Option to suppress meta-errors. During grading, we might expect 0 warnings. The tests sometimes fail because a "Missing constraint generation rule” warning is generated. These warnings are useful during development, but should not be shown to end-user. We probably need a “run this in end-user mode” flag (and this probably requires some changes in Spoofax Core)
