Move modules/profiles
It seems that everything in modules/profiles is related to the installation CD, so it should be moved to modules/installer.

I disagree, this was introduced to do the opposite. modules/installer was defining profiles such as rescue / base / graphical which are orthogonal to the installation devices, and each installation devices was clone with each profile. This way avoid duplication between the various medium installation devices and enables a default configuration for new NixOS users.
