The “iputils” package is outdated and doesn’t contain manual pages. It should be replaced by GNU inetutils or something similar. It’s about the following commands:

• ping, ping6, tracepath - provided by inetutils.
• tracepath6, traceroute6 - provided by ndisc6.
• arping, rdisc - no replacement, but who cares?

Note that inetutils also contains replacements for some but not all commands in the net-tools package, which is also very ancient.
