nix-prefetch-git deletes .git in working directory! (1)
Running nix-prefetch-git in the root of a git repo deletes the .git file, at least some of the time. To reproduce, create a new git repo then run:
/etc/nixos/nixpkgs/pkgs/build-support/fetchgit/nix-prefetch-git git://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP-1.0.git 0d412ba629471aeb83d1c39d167d389d8f4262e5
This is a really nasty bug, be very careful when running nix-prefetch-git until it is fixed!
