Currently the builder of the SVN exporter in pkgs/build-support/fetchsvn/default.nix fails when it has to export from an HTTPS server, since it cannot have a certificate (there is no home directory). However, no certificate is necessary since security is established by the expected cryptographic hash of the output. Thus all certificates should be accepted automatically.
