Both Perl cpan and Ruby gems add their packages to the store, so it goes inconsistent:

path `/nix/store/h3zp421jsa5gh7d08waw2j41bi7c95mj-perl-5.8.8 was modified! expected hash …

The same holds for Python and R.

We need to define a policy and perhaps find a way to have each gem/egg/pm stored into its own - that would be nice.
