DONE:

• optimize create-script to only have required files in the reposearch-app folder (with tomcat, no test-libs) which can be started with run.sh/run.bat

• create-script should remove our google analytics code
• fix permissions for run.sh + bin dir tomcat
• test windows bat-file version

some additional improvements for running reposearch as local application:

• find available port instead of failing when 8080 is occupied
• open browser automatically after starting
• remove user management and ac for the local app
• print a message with the app url in the log after starting
• index a directory instead of having to zip and upload files
