The grammar-to-metamodel transformation needs an update to work with the NBL.

One of the changes is that use sites can bind to multiple namespaces. This may require additional abstract classes in the metamodel.

The transformation should also be in its own plug-in, or in org.spoofax.modelware.emf, but not in org.strategoxt.imp.editors.sdf
