EMFCompare 2.x came out and its infrastructure and API have changed completely. It now comes with the Modeling Tools package of Eclipse Juno by default, so Spoofax.modelware needs to start using this new API a.s.a.p.

Confusing, but now EMFCompare 1.3 is the default again.
Looks like EMFCompare 2.x has no support for commands yet, so switching to that one isn’t even possible (yet).
