Text gets lost when only saving the graphical editor on Close All
When doing a `Close All’ or when exiting the workbench while both editors are in a dirty state, and subsequently selecting only the graphical editor to be saved, causes the text to be lost completely (even earlier versions that were saved before).

Not sure what causes it. This is only the case if the domain extension equals the text extension.
