Someone got the following certification exception during their build:

         > Could not GET 'http://artifacts.metaborg.org/content/repositories/releases/oracle/datastudio/ol-datastudio-extensions/2017-12-09-build_169/ol-datastudio-extensions-2017-12-09-build_169.pom'.

            > sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

I think they may have set up their security checks more strictly than is usually the case.

Indeed the dependency it was looking for is not hosted on Metaborg, but it still shouldn’t complain.

We host Spoofax on our own artifactory now so this is no longer an issue for us, but you may still want to fix it.
