SPT: missing language throws exception
When the language denoted in an SPT file does not exist, it throws the exception:
Submitted by Gabriël Konat on 2 November 2015 at 16:21java.lang.IllegalStateException: The language under test should be loaded by now, but it isn't.In an IDE setting it is more desirable to have an error message on the language name.
