Eliminate cygwin
Rob suggested that maybe cygwin could be eliminated? That would fix Spoofax/6 and Spoofax/47.

There currently seems to be a problem with the MinGW executables specific to Windows XP. For now, we moved back to the cygwin executables again for 0.5.3 :(
