Check for missing symbols in SDF grammar
Currently, if a lexical syntax production is missing, everything builds fine but parsing will fail. This error should be reported in the editor.

Version 0.5.2.4 adds basic SDF consistency checks. It currently ignores parameterized sorts (Spoofax/203), and in the presence of unresolved imports it displays consistency errors as warnings.
