Not removing markers
Error markers are not removed from the editor view although analysis report no errors.
After starting Eclipse, I’m opening a file which already has errors, according to Eclipse. Apparently it stores error markers somewhere. Opening the file triggers an analysis which reports no errors. The markers are however not cleaned. After doing a keystroke (again triggering an analysis) the markers are correctly removed.

It seems that markers are not updated at all when a file is just opened. The screenshot is from opening a file from an existing workspace in a fresh Eclipse+Spoofax installation.

But it does run the analyzer when you open a file, doesn’t it? Well, something to look into later.
