Builder should create directories for generated files automatically
It would be nice to have automatic directory creation (including subdirectories, like mkdir -p …) for file generated using builders. At the moment I make the directories myself, however a synchronous workspace refresh would be necessary, which isn’t available at the moment.

In r21117, the translation of paths of non-existing files to workspace resources has been fixed. Maybe now specifying the desired path works without refreshed parent directories? (You’d still have to create the parent directories yourself.)
