Create a custom builder for Spoofax projects
Create a custom builder for Spoofax projects, perhaps inspired by the one included in WebDSL. This should finally resolve the series of problems we had with the Eclipse Ant Builder (Spoofax/155, Spoofax/212, Spoofax/282.) Of course, with this change, care should be taken not to break old projects.
