Nice to have: builder to run only those test(s) in which the cursor/selection is.

This would be nice when testing things which spam debug output, so you can clear console and run just a single test, instead of either commenting out all other tests to reduce the spam, or finding the output of the test you’re looking for in the console output of all the tests.
