Generated Stratego programs call new makeList() method

An incompatibility was introduced at some point that causes current Stratego jar files to throw an IncompatibleJarException when used with an older version of Spoofax. The newer versions are call the ITermFactory.makeList() method that takes precedence over the older `ITermFactory.MakeList(IStrategoTerm…) method.
