Ctrl + Alt + B does not work in Eclipse 4.2
The shortcut Ctrl + Alt + B does NOT work in Eclipse 4.2.

This was indeed an Eclipse bug. It is fixed in Eclipse 4.2.2 and also works with the current Spoofax stable.
