Update IMP to latest version from upstream (1)
Spoofax currently counts a non-recent version of IMP which we apply in-house patches to just before building. Spoofax should update to use the latest upstream version of IMP. To this end there is a Github fork of
org.eclipse.imp.runtimeat https://github.com/vvergu/imp.runtime.Updating to the latest upstream version would allow inheriting fixes made at CWI.
