I am not sure if this is really an error, but definitely a pitfall.

If a Stratego file using concrete object syntax is successfully parsed once, as long as the file itself does not change the file does not get re-parsed if the mix table changes. This can result in Stratego files that suddenly start to fail parsing after the project is cleaned.
