Implemented but requires a bit more testing.
Some issues with name index, e.g:
- Assumption is that all files are either analyzed or in analysis queue. This does not seems to be the case for files that are not yet opened in an editor. Is this assumption correct?

It should analyze all files once when a project is opened for the first time, but this behavior is not totally error free and should be improved in the future yes. One way to force analysis for all files is to call the reload index builder.
