SSL/filemode spam
When SSL/filemode fails, it prints error messages like:

Removed the error logging in https://github.com/metaborg/strategoxt/commit/ee6f13d2899e2668b82284c536090bf78069e82e but changes do not seem to be taken into account in the Spoofax build. What needs to be done to rebuild the standard Stratego libraries and put them into the latest Spoofax build?

I think you have applied this fix to the master branch. Spoofax uses the java-bootstrap branch.
