Using Cons as a user-defined constructor causes unintelligible errors in name binding collection. The constructor should be made reserved and this should result in an error message in an SDF3 syntax (template) definition.

There is actually a warning for the Nil constructor in SDF2, I also added a warning for Cons. I’ll make them errors and also add them to SDF3.
