Move Java compiler and runtime versions to Java 7
All Spoofax plugins use the Java 5 compiler and runtime, we should move at least to Java 6. We could also move to Java 7 but that would require a Java 7 JVM to run Spoofax which might be problematic with some older versions of OSX.
