Add caching to JSGLR
It would be great to have parse caching at the JSGLR level. Caching at the level of entire strings shouldn’t be hard using a WeakValueHashMap. Finer-grained caching, maybe at the block level (using indentation) could be used as a form of incremental parsing. Maybe it would be possible to reuse the backtracking points for this?
