Make binding for outline strategy in ESV
The outline strategy of a language expects a strategy with name
Submitted by Eelco Visser on 2 October 2013 at 11:24outline. This should be replaced by an explicit binding in an ESV file as part of thebuildersconfiguration. (Builders are bindings of editor services to strategies.)
