No builder associated with fresh minimal project
When I generate a fresh minimal Spoofax project, the project is not associated with a builder. As a consequence, Build Project does not invoke the Ant build.

.externalToolBuildersfolder and launchers are created properly here. I can use Build Project or cmd+alt+B to build the project.

Hmm, I just created another fresh project and it comes with a builder. Also, the previous one now has a builder. Maybe this was a confused Eclipse.
