#833 SDF3 files with the same filename but with different module names generate to the same pretty printer file (project SpoofaxLegacy on YellowGrass.org)

For example, modules lexical/types and contextfree/types both with filename types.sdf3 generate to trans/types.pp.generated.str, destroying half of the pretty printer rules. It should instead take the module name into account.
