Ctrl + /, Ctrl + 7 and Ctrl + Shift + C are the default key bindings for toggling a comment in Eclipse’s Java editor.
However, when you install Eclipse Luna in Windows (and maybe on Linux/Mac too), it doesn’t even have Ctrl + / as a default until you choose Restore Defaults. This is probably an Eclipse bug, but apparently some people got used to Ctrl + 7/Ctrl + Shift + C. It would therefore be nice to have all three keybindings for Spoofax editor too.

It would also be nice if you can customize key bindings in Eclipse’s preferences, but that is less of an issue.
