I am using the Spoofax Nightly Build : Spoofax Core 1.3.0.20150128-162831-master
for my current language project the names.nab file produces the error:

Duplicate Module names names.nab /exa4/trans line 0 org.strategoxt.imp.runtime.analysismarker

But the line:

module names

only appears once in this file.

Also the Outline of names.nab doubls on the whole file meaning that the complete outline tree appears two times.

As in:

names
-> binding rules
->->some rules

appears twice
