You typically want to deploy a Spoofax project as an archived file (JAR most likely). It would be nice if Sunshine can handle such JARs such that users don’t have to unpack it first.

Yes, this has been on the agenda for some time now. Some of the things that Sunshine needs to have in the Jar are: a packed esv, a tbl, the providers mentioned in the esv, …. The difficulty is that things cannot be loaded directly from the Jar. For example, the ESV cannot be loaded from an InputStream requiring a File instead. As far as i remember the HybridInterpreter suffers from the same problem.
