The started statistic only considers weighted assignments. The statistics shown for sub-assignments take the parent folder as base for displaying percentages, e.g. 33% - 40 out of 120 who started the parent folder.

This percentage calculated for 0-weight assignments is meaningless, and may also rise above 100% when the number of students who started the 0-weight assignment is greater than the number for weighted assignments.

Since 0-weight assignments are not considered in the parent folder’s started number , don’t display percentages for 0-weight sub-assignments.
