Run "User Test Template" when in edit assignment
Running “User-test” when editing an assignment does the same as running the spec-tests.

While the User Test template may often be incomplete, it would be good if it can be tested.

On setting the test template, it now sets the model answer’s test code to the user test template. Previously it set this to the spec test code.
