In case an assignment X is followed by a non-pubic assignment Y, the submission page for X for a student will navigate to Y ( will give access denied) when hitting submit & continue.

Also, the index won’t display the next control, because it is hidden by AC. The index’s next control should not point to non-public assignments, and should work with accessible assignments only.
