The navigation index now shows 1 assignment with no siblings, because it’s the only accessible assignment within the Variants Collection.
However, the variants collection level is hidden (skipped) when browsing to a submission, i.e. it loads the picked variant for the student.
Improve navigation index to reflect this when viewed as student, so the picked variant appears in the “flattened” list as if it’s at the position of the Variants Collection, which does have siblings in most cases.
