For Essay, Multiple Choice, File submission and Generated Questions, the question text is now displayed in a box with the submission form

• Inline folder display and individual display are now equal
• It shows the weight, title and question text
• The question text can be collapsed/expanded. When collapsed, the question text is scrollable and fits the view port together with the submission form
• Preview of rendered Markdown text is also made collapsable
