Current behavior is to jump to the next sibling assignment or, when there is no next sibling, find the next sibling of the parent folder recursively. For the latter case, it’s totally unclear for the user to which assignment Weblab jumped. It’s better to just return to the folder (direct parent) when at the last question of this folder.
Update the text of Submit & Continue to become Submit & Return to folder in this case.
