Adopt style of the course home page with, at the left:

• an index of the Lecture Notes with indicators for read and bookmarked notes
• the course navigation box

Main column at the right with the lecture notes itself:

• display lecture note in content box.
• Update action toolbar
  • Always show navigation buttons, but disable them when not available
  • Update button/icon for marking lecture notes as read
