When a list of students with access is configured, it shows personal exam keys for all students that are in the list. However, they cannot enter this key for the exam until the “generate exam keys” (for all students) is pressed, after which their exam key will change.

An imrpovement would be to show a message that tells the course staff that the keys still need to be generated.
