Add logic to archive Course Editions by system administrators. This removes all student data from a course while preserving the assignments and their statistics. Archived Course Editions are only accessible by managers of the Course or Course Edition.

It’s controlable by system administrators from a new section “Data Retention” in the management page of a Course Edition. This also shows some statistics about the edition (number of assignments/studs/submissions).

Deletion of student data will be done in the background. Status can be monitored in the Data Retention section.
