When the course rules are updated, the submission page redirects to the edition rules where the user needs to accept again.

This logic causes actions that are not loaded in an ajax context to break when course rules updated while a student is working on an assignment. Multiple-choice, essay and programming questions currently work fine, but other assignment types such as the file submission may not have the save button loaded in an ajax context.
