Add functionality for downloading files for Lib-DMA, which needs the following files for approval of student data deletion:

• description of data that gets deleted
• queries/procedures performed by the system to delete the data
• for each Course Edition for which Student Data is to be deleted:
  • list of TUD student numbers of the students that enrolled for the course on WebLab
  • Names and dates of exams (summative) assessed in WebLab, and for each exam, the student numbers of students who attempted the exam
