On the Grading page, its not clear whether Staff overrides are active. Due to the overrides, warnings such as ‘missing observer role’ might pop up but don’t indicate that this is due to an assignment-level override of Observers. Especially since the box says ‘Course-level graders are active’, it might not be clear that Course-level Observers are not taken into account.

Show configure link (or pencil) next to “missing observer role” in Graders/Reviewers panel, which links to:
- course staff, when role is not overridden at assignment or parent levels
- manage staff page of assignment that defines overrides, when overrides are active
