Update username to netid for force-enrolled students when logging in with SSO
Currently, force-enrolled students have a username starting with
Submitted by Max on 21 November 2024 at 16:40TUD_xxxxxx. Upon logging in with SSO for the first time, their netId is set but their username is not changed because the code only matches on empty ornullusernames.
