To allow resetting the grading status to ungraded, while not resetting the graded rubrics, e.g., after adding a new grading rubric while grading has already started. This allows browsing over all ungraded submissions after making a change to the checklist/grading rubrics.

The submission’s state should be the same as “draft-grading” (saved for later) wit the already graded items untouched.
